GeA has identified four pillars that represent the fundamental areas of our work. These pillars are reflected in our objectives, tactics, and activities, and are guided by our intergenerational framework.

Intergenerational Community Leadership

GeA shares leadership based on lived experience, creating spaces where people develop their voice, confidence, and community participation through art, storytelling, and collective activities.

Mental Health and Socio-Emotional Well-being

GeA promotes emotional well-being through community theater, poetry, walks, and guided conversations, reducing social isolation and strengthening individual and collective resilience.

Community Education

GeA offers workshops, seminars, and learning spaces that provide practical tools, clear information, and support for personal, family, and community well-being.

Art and Culture

GeA promotes artistic processes: theater, exhibitions, poetry, community altars, and creative projects as means of expression, healing, remembrance, and social justice.
