Art Exhibition & Mixer 2024
Event:
Saturday, September 14th, 2024
Time: 2PM to 5PM
Location: Avenue 50 Studio, 131 N. Avenue 50, Los Angeles, CA 90042
Curator: Kevin Silva
Description:
Our culture is vibrant, colorful, and resilient but despite that our roles are not even a thought. Street vendors, housekeepers, construction workers, and mothers are only some of the important roles in our communities and many more that are hidden. Whether you are the eldest child or youngest or somewhere in between, a first generation college student or joining the workforce, how do you wish other people saw you, your family, or your community?

What remains unseen? Our hidden contributions to communities
